HISTORY OF DEPARTMENT

The Department of Radiation Oncology, Mandalay General Hospital was established in 1964 and Dr U Myo Tint was the head of department. Medical Physics unit was led by Chief Technician Ms. GOOD ALL from Canada and two local physicists were worked and trained both theoretically and practically.
